I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) six months ago, and the right hinge broke. After researching, I found many reports of the same issue, suggesting it's a manufacturing defect.
I live in Turkey, and the official distributor (Providyo) told me that any physical damage voids the warranty, even if it's a factory defect. I still sent the product, explaining the issue, but it’s been over two weeks with no response.
At the same time, I opened a support ticket with Razer three weeks ago, but I haven't received any reply.
Why does Razer support ignore tickets?
Has anyone else faced warranty rejection for this hinge issue?
How can I escalate this further?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
