Besides the fact that having to login to use a mouse or keyboard is the worst idea ever - locking someone out of their account after entering the login that is actually correct too many times is the worst UI experience ever. I do not care about cloud synching my settings. I am more than capable of saving my own config file. This is just a blatant attempt to harvest my data and put ads in front of my face all the time. I promise I will never, ever buy another razer product again. Yes, I've purchased multiple laptops, controllers, etc - but never again.



Anyone have any open source alternatives that will control the tartarus hardware?
Razer support is so good that it makes up for the hardware and software being so bad, by being even worse. But plz try to understand that it is not their fault, but it is the covid 19 pandemic that has caused them to be even worse than they would normally be, which explains why you did not receive a scripted response that you are used to seeing from an insensitive conglomerate. Razer would like to invite you to leave feedback though, since the 7 days per week chat feature doesn't apply within 50 years of a change in millennium. So, until 2050 at midnight, you will have a brief moment where support will be at its best, but until then keep buying stuff based on looks rather than any other purpose, and keep your expectations really low, as they are just too high is the real issue here.
