So my Bluetooth Headset recently decided to stop working and I contacted support and they put me in contact with their warranty team, which is asking me to cut the Razer cord, however I lost it long ago since it was a very short cable and it is just a micro USB cable so I didnt think much of it. Will the warranty be denied now?
