Hi everyone,
I've been using my BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed for 4 months with a dual setup: Laptop (Win 11) via Bluetooth and PC via Dongle. This headset can automatically switch the audio output between 2 devices (somehow it prioritized the audio from the laptop over the PC which has dongle but that was okay for me at that point)
The Issue: About a month ago, the microphone stopped working on the laptop (Bluetooth connection). Its windows no longer sees the mic input in any app, though audio output still works.
I've tried some work arounds below:
Factory Reset: Did not fix the issue.
Swapped Connections: I tried connecting the Laptop via Dongle and PC via Bluetooth.
Result: The mic works again for the laptop, BUT the "SmartSwitch" feature breaks. If audio is playing on the PC, it stutters/pauses every 5 seconds instead of taking priority.
Has anyone faced this driver/firmware issue?
