So I have an odd issues were the black shark's volume mixer doesn't affect the windows media controls until I unplug then plug in the dongle
This problem seems to happen every time I restart the PC does anyone know of any potential fixes
I have tried fully uninstalling the razer software / drives and then reinstalling them
I have even tried fully wiping my windows install and starting from scratch but nothing seems to be fixing this issue
any help would be appreciated
