so when i am on wire mode the mouse working when i connect usb cabel to dongel itys showing that is working but my mouse starting to light up white and not responding 

There may be an issue with the USB dongle or the mouse’s wireless connection. Try these steps:

  1. Unplug and re-plug the dongle into a different USB port.
  2. Check the battery on the mouse if it's wireless.
  3. Update or reinstall the drivers for your mouse.
  4. Test the mouse on another device to rule out a hardware issue.
