I had this for my birthday last September and I love it. I don't use it everyday but when I do I play for a few hours on COD. Very good controller. No issues... all of a sudden yesterday I'm running around after the game just started then it just started saying controller disconnected as soon as I go to shoot my gun. It works fine in menu and home etc. Just as soon as a game starts it does it. It's very frustrating. I went on amazon yesterday and I bought a new lead with the last of my money thinking it would fix it and it came just now, I couldn't wait to plug it in and its still doing it :( please help me I haven't got the money to buy a new controller

I’m having the exact same issue with mine! Amazon support said to connect the controller to a pc and update the firmware but even after doing that it’s still not working :( haven’t been able to find any other posts with a way to fix it
