Wolverine V3 Pro D-Pad problem

Hello,

I’ve bought the Wolverine V3 Pro and the D-Pad button is stuck on the down arrow after 2 hours of use, any suggestions for a fix?

    Let me check on your controller. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a photo of the stuck D-Pad so I can view it in my end. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
