So i am at the point where i should choose between going full scissors and cut the cables as asked from in the email, and just doing the RMA, BUT, this headphones got a serial number that small that i am scared to cut it, in case they cant read it anymore and i get stuck with some broken headphones, i read that the RMA for my country takes months, what should i do?
