Xbox one wont retain the lighting settings from the keyboard
We have downloaded the synapse software to customize the lighting settings on the ornata keyboard. But every time we unplug the keyboard from the PC it will go back to block lighting once its connected to the xbox. Can someone please tell me if this is correct and the settings wont work with a xbox one! Trying my hardest to help my 14 year old son!

I've the same issue with my Razer Blackwidow Chroma V2 keyboard. How can I save the lighting profile to the firmware of the keyboard? Is it possible via their Chroma app? Thanks.
+1Chroma profiles are not stored in the on-board memory.
