My 2 day old Razer Blade Stealth 13" 2019 i7 only boots into a black display. It shows the options with the Razer loading screen, but the second Windows takes over the screen goes black. I've already had to reinsall Windows once, which fixed the issue for 1 and a half days.
If I connect multiple dispays, it connects to them and works through there, but the screen stays black and cannot be detected by going into Display Settings despite this working yesterday.
When disconnected from the external monitors, and booting the laptop with nothing connected (no usb's, monitors, etc), it will still just boot into a black screen.
From reading online, I've tried turning it off and holding ctrl + alt with the power button but this yields the same results.
This is a work laptop and I really need to be able to take it to meetings, it's crazy I'm having these issues with a self proclaimed ultrabook only 2 days in

Hey there! Thanks for posting this to our Support thread. That's troublesome. Please send me a PM together with a screenshot of your BIOS main tab so I can check its firmware version. Let's continue from there.

Hey.
So there was an issue with the laptop itself. I had a replacement sent and I don't have any issues now.
Unfortunately, after trying everything Support advised, the only thing that worked was sending it back and getting a new one.
