2-step Authentication

So I wanted to buy welkin moon for the genshin impact(game)! after all the steps to buy welkin moon from razor gold it asks for a security code that is sent by my Authenticator app. The problem is I don’t know what Authenticator I am using because I do not receive any security codes, it says enter the security code sent by your Authenticator but I don’t get any code from anywhere! I logged in to my razor gold and tried using back up codes it still asks for a security codes to view the backup codes ps I don’t have any backup codes and also I can’t check them . So I tried to view 2-step authentication to check what is the Authenticator I am using it still asks the same enter the security code! i don’t know what to do please help!
