2016 Blackwidow Chroma Lighting Zone Not Working & Flickering LED's

So I've got numerous items from Razer as I like their products and their quality, and I continue to buy them. The biggest issue i've had is with the software and firmware the company pushes out, as it looks like with a download of Synapse 3 my Blackwidow Chroma (RZ03-01220300-R3W1) has completely lost its left side lighting zone which covers WASD and all the other keys.

I say the firmware and software is the issue becuase the keyboard was working perfectly up until the point of download. My Deathadder and Firefly Chroma mousepad also faced issues where Synapse wasn't recognising them, now they work fine after multiple uninstall and driver resets. Im not convinced the LED's are broken as they are all down in just an area which seems to be one of 3 core lighhting zones, and also the fact that they randomly flicker random colours intermittently.

I have looked everywhere online about the issue to see if someone else faces the same problem, but I can't find anything that works. I've tried Legacy drivers, Synapse 2, hard restarts, but nothing works. My device is well beyond the 2 year warranty and I'd really rather not have to buy another expensive keyboard just because the LED's aren't working with the new software, but its really impacting my experience as the keys are pitch black with minimal lighting, so its extremely hard to see at night.

If anyone has any advice or support they can give I would really appreciate it.
