Bought my Razer Blade 15 (Base model) back in March 21, used it as a daily driver for work and gaming. This weekend noticed an issue with trackpad - it became hard to click, and few days later started poking out slightly, checked the battery straitght away and it began to swell. Took the battery out straight away to avoid further swelling and any potential damage to chassis.
At this point I'm not sure what my options are as laptop was bought through a reseller who offered 1 year warranty (which has now expired).
After looking around the forums it appears that this is a common issue with Razer laptops, which is surprising and aggravating due to lack of official support to deal with this (by now well known) issue considering the price tag.

That's no fun. Sorry to hear about your laptop's bloated battery concern. Please send me a photo showing the issue, including the laptop's serial number, so I can check its eligibility to undergo our out-of-warranty repair. I'll be locking this thread now to divert our conversation privately.
