3rd Razer Wolverine Tournament Controller To Drift Within 3 Weeks

I just started playing Apex Legends as a way to kill time at night (my job has an intense ramp up period for the first 3-4 months where I more or less can't do much but work and be available to work at home), and I splurged on a nicer control after just getting ruined.

The first one I got lasted about 80 hours over 2 weeks (playing a lot), but suddenly mid-game started having INSANE drift on each stick, perpendicular to each other. When you move the left stick down it drifts almost 45 degrees to the left, and when you move the right stick up it drifts about the same to the right. I could literally just look up at the sky and my character would spin in circles, even with the largest possible deadzones applied in the game settings.

I figured it was just bad luck, so I exchanged it for a second one (Amazon is really easy to swap with) and got a 2nd one. This one went bad in literally 15 hours, same exact issues AND a spring clicking on the left trigger. Amazon offered to sent me one more, and this one was defective from the start.

3 of these $150 controls all having major drift issues made me do some searching, and it looks like there are entire batches of these that are defective - the Raiju/PS4 version had this problem, and it seems that I'm far from the first person to very quickly or immediately have stick drift on these.

That said, it seems almost impossible to think that THREE separate controls are all sub-standard, and I'm wondering if it's either some sort of software issue and if there's a way to flash it.

I realized that each of the last two went bad as soon as I re-mapped the focus to the M1 or M6 button, or did some sort of change like that.

Using Xbox Controller Tester proves that both of the ones I still have at my house are drifting and send the cursor/movement as much as 30% off course, so it's not a problem related to one game.

Razer - anything here? I'm going to return these to Amazon, and I don't think they'll give me any problems, but have you addressed this issue yet? Either the controls are manufactured poorly and there is some issue with the center axis being warped, or the controller software/firmware somehow gets corrupt and gets stuck over-correcting movements that aren't happening.

Hi @BurnsXL. I am sorry that you had to go through all that. Have you previously contacted our Support Team about this? If you haven't yet, can you send me a PM with a video showing how the controller fares on games if not on the Xbox Controller Tester along with the serial number of your Wolverine TE?
