Thats the same problem for me. Just got my brand new Kraken X, and the code is not working. Everything is new i scratched the code myyelf.
I have the same problem
stupid me, try 0-zero O-(letter) i swaped them

a. Photo showing the source of the activation code.
b. The error message during the activation.
c. The email address associated to your Razer ID.
Save the file via Google Drive or to any online drive, then paste the link in your message. I'll be locking this thread now.
