7.1 Surround Sound code invalid

I downloaded the program, created an account, and the last step was to put in the activation code. Unfortunately, I had scratched a little too hard on some letters but I can still conclude what the code is, yet I put it in correctly three times and it says invalid. How am I supposed to activate the surround sound now?

Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval.

Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread

Prepare the followings~~~

  • Name
  • S/N
  • P/N
  • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
  • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product

  • Photo of the damaged Activation Code

Otherwise drive your hearing senses through the roof by upgrading to THX Spatial Audio.

Try to register your headset here and you should receive the activation code through email. IF that didn't help, I will start a case to request a new code. Please PM me the following information:
