7.1 Surround Sound "No Authentication Found" Error
When I try to log into the 7.1 Surround Sound program to activate my New Krakens I'm getting a "No Authentication Found" error. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Update - Solution to problem found, uninstall the 7.1 Surround Sound and restart your PC with it uninstalled. Reinstall after the restart and it should work fine.

it dosnt work for me i did what you said and still have the same thing happen
I have the same issue, and it didn't work for me either. Razer please fix this.
