A useless technical service from razer


Hi folks,

I am user of Razer Deathadder Elite from Turkey.

I had problems with this then I have opened a indicent at 08 January 2020 which is number: 200108-001040

They redirect me after 1 month to the Regional Sales Manager in Istanbul Turkey. He contacted with me then i have sent the mice to his company/technical service in Turkey. But they didn't fixed or the product or change with a new. just sent me a letter with a "It is convenient to return it to the place of purchase."

I have contacted with razer again from reply the incident email and they kept me entertained for 2 months.

I received an email about Fedex Shippment label at 03 April 2020.

I received a new mice Deathadder V2 at 05 May 2020.

PROBLEM 2_

Dusty on the bottom and right click not works. I recorded a video and sent it. A genius guy created a new indicent 200510-001673.



2 days ago i received an e mail: he says "Regional Sales Manager " will contact with me within 3-5 days.. AGAIN ?

I have been dejavu.
