Activation code 7.q surround sound

So I'm trying to set up the surround sound on my razer kraken in quartz but can't enable it because its needs an activationd code. My head set was supposed to come with that but the box has been long gone is there anyway I can get around this or get another activation code?

Same here. I can't reactivate my kraken v2 7.1 because i got rid of the activation code

where can I get the activation code my headphones support it

Look for the S/N number of your headphones (usually on the box). Go on razer website then look for support then look for live chat. Then it will ask you to enter your personal informations, the S/N number of your product and a description of the problem. Then you will get in touch with someone at razer than can help you with this. I tried it and it worked. They gave me a new Activation key. Try it

i came across this as well , its really easy you just have to register your headphones w your razer accounut and when you do that they will send you an email with the 7.1 surround activation code . If you have already registered it just go to your email and search 'razer' and it will come up with the description as 7.1 surround sound

I have already registered the product,but i didn't receive any email, and support didn't help at all..

i already buy Kraken X and i got activate code card and then i active with Razer app engine and now i install a pro Version off Kraken x Surround sound and i try to active with the same code from card but that not work (Invalid Activation Code) so what is that or we need to buy app for that too ? (Sorry for bad English...) for give me and Help 😃 Thank You Many Many
