Activation code for blackshark v2x surround sound not working
I just got my new headset and thought they sounded a bit tinny so I wanted to try to install the software, then when it asks for the activation code, the code with my product does not work. Has anyone had this same issue?

a. Photo of the error while activating the code.
b. The source of the code.
