activation key

    Hello,

    I bought a RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 helmet.

    I installed the Surround Sound 7.1 software.

    I did not have an activation key upon purchase.

    On the site it is specified to go to RAZER ID and register the product.

    I do not find out how. Can you guide me to have an activation key following the purchase of this product

    The Razer BlackShark V2 is not compatible 7.1 Surround Sound model. You can tweak the headset's audio settings by using the Razer Synapse 3.0. To know more about your headset, please click this link and check the screenshot below:
