All wireless not working properly

Hi all,

A few days ago, I upgraded so some wireless gear: Nari Ultimate, Blackwidow V3 Pro, Naga Pro

After getting everything initially setup in Synapse and Windows, booted up a game and immediately noticed laggy, stuttery input from both the keyboard and mouse. Headset works well, but I did come across some beeping and dropped connections for a brief moment (a restart seemed to work for headset).

First thing I did as a fix was use the razer firmware updaters to install latest drivers on Blackwidow and Naga. After updating, mouse input lags are less frequent, but still render games unplayable. The Blackwidow, on the other hand, isn't even recognized in Synapse after update when unplugged and in wireless mode. It is immediately detected in wired mode. It will still type in wireless mode, but with very laggy input. Just defaults to Spectrum Color cycling and I cannot make adjustments in Synapse.

It seems unlikely that I just happened to pick a bad apple of each product in one swoop. So I'm trying to address if there is a network issue, interference of some sort, but I have little knowledge on how to diagnose. I'm sure that would've been what caused the Nari to have some trouble in the beginning as well. Is anyone familiar with the issue? Asking first before going through Support just to ensure there isn't an adjustment I can make on the back end in network settings or something that will make these connections more reliable.

Thanks in advance!

***EDIT - FIXED***
Passing along in case it helps others with their wireless troubles. First, I do not have a bluetooth or wi-fi chip in my build, so the bluetooth pairing was never an option, however, I believe the issue has been fully resolved after completing the following:

1) Uninstalled Synapse 3
2) Uninstalled all razer hardware/drivers from Device Manager
3) Only plugged in the dongle for the Naga and Nari, left BW dongle unplugged
4) Restarted PC
5) In Synapse, paired BOTH the Naga and BW devices to the Naga dongle

The devices have worked without any dropped connections for the past 24 hours. I did run the driver updater again, however, it appears both devices were up to date already after Synapse installation.

It seems the real issue was the dongles interfering with one another, which is probably something I should've assumed, but hey, first time with wireless peripherals. On the same dongle, it is a clear connection. Nari still needs to be on it's own, but I've had no trouble with the headset since the first day.

Hope this helps as I see many users having the same connection trouble out there.
