Am Not Sure What I'm Doing Wrong...

...But I need some advice. This is probably (mostly) TL;DR- but I am trying my best to include as much info as possible to help speed up the uhh.. troubleshooting process. <3

Short Version:
I am absolutely fed up with my peripherals (mainly my Naga Trinity) malfunctioning on a constant basis. I've been a diehard fan of Razer products for years, but I can't stand this anymore. I've read countless reviews on how my exact same issues are ones many, many others have had.

Issue(s):
1.(Taken from an Amazon reviewer. I am having the exact same issue with my Naga Trinity.)
"Getting the double clicking problem and can't properly move cameras in games like WoW or FPS games. When holding the right click and moving the camera, it randomly 'stops holding the click' even if you never lift your finger so then the camera stops moving. Then it catches up and starts clicking again as you continue to hold it and end up clicking something you didn't want to click on screen."

2. Kraken Kitty headset easily malfunctions/drops its settings when using it for voice chat on Discord or streaming music on Spotify. Using the enhanced surround sound mode with FFXIV causes it to malfunction/lose sound quality.

Troubleshooting Things I've Done:
-Gently cleaned mouse as directed. (can of air, wiping sensor with microfiber cloth, etc.)
-Taken button plate off and back on briefly.
-Reinstalled drivers
-Reinstalled Synapse 3
-Reset mouse to factory settings. (3 times... -cry-)
-Switched which USB ports my peripherals are plugged into
-Have even very recently upgraded to a brand new, custom built PC (less than four months old now. STILL same exact problems.)
-Have applied forehead slam onto surface of desk with ample force

My (current) Razer Products:
(Haven't registered them all yet because.. I dunno. Lazy.)
-Razer Naga Trinity (less than a year old)
-Razer Ornata Chroma
-Razer Kraken Kitty Edition Quartz Pink (about 4 months old)
-Razer Goliathus Extended Version Quartz Pink

-Currently using Windows 10 Pro (older PC was rock'n plain Windows 10)

Big Boohoo:
First and foremost- I am a digital artist. I use the Naga Trinity 12-button plate with my art program because I have a buncha macros saved into it to streamline commonly used tasks when I draw. I make money from my artwork, so this feature/convenience is very important to me. I also game. I don't consider myself a hardcore gamer by any means. But I play several MMOs- including FFXIV, WoW, Tree of Savior, and some others. Honestly- even just casually browsing the internet or chatting with friends on Discord... Having a programmable mouse that switches its profiles as you toggle through various medias is amazing! I've long-since been grateful and loyal to Razer products for this fundamental reason.

I do not know if this is a software issue, or an issue with the devices themselves. But.. oh my lord. I've been trying to fix this issue with my mouse almost since day one that I've had it and I'm getting to the point that I cannot tolerate the frustration anymore. It super sucks 'accidentally' closing out of an art project I've spent hours and hours on because the mouse double clicks when I don't want it to. Is extremely embarrassing being 'that guy' who wipes the entire raid team on Eden8 Savage because my right mouse button randomly decided it did not want to work anymore.
This is my last-ditch effort to have my issues fixed before I regretfully decide to take my business to a different company. halp, plz? ;3;

I have the exact same problem. And now both buttons are legit doing the same thing. And I'm super annoyed now. When I'm doing anything, it just does the double click problem. My brother has another razer mouse, and he never has these types of click issues. I don't know what to do now, but my best bet is contacting razer support and praying it's been less than 2 years. If not, I'm not sure if I'm gonna buy another razer mouse again. Maybe they should post how to fix Razer Naga Trinity mice with this problem. I believe that the reason is the mouse switch is faulty. Razer says that they have a maximum click of 20 million which sounds pretty cool. Unless if you play Minecraft 1.8.9. Basically, the faster you click, the better you'll do. And a month ago, this problem arose. Actually, the first time I noticed it was 3 months ago, and I thought it was dust, so I blew into the mouse and used one of those computer cleaner air canisters. If it's possible to replace the mouse switch I'd be content, but now, things are just dicey. This mouse is super good and in your story, it's a necessity. So if they could give us a sort of guide or if we could send in the mouse, and they'd repair it, I would be fine.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful reply! It's been nearly two weeks since my original post and you are the first to respond. If it IS a switch issue- I'd also appreciate a how-to guide or something to fix it.

Because honestly- this is too much of a common happenstance for it to have been constantly dusted under the proverbial rug so many times. 😕

@Dipdoodle Do you get the same results with the mouse if Synapse is and isn't running in the background, and are the issues apparent no matter the app you use to test?

As for the headset, it's too early to tell why what's happening is happening. There are a lot of factors that affect audio, especially since Discord doesn't exactly play well with USB devices. With that said, please send me a short clip detailing the issues you're experiencing with the devices so I can help you isolate the issues and hopefully get the peripherals to work properly.

@NowYouPeepMe Are you using special methods to increase your cps, drag clicking perhaps? In any case, please send me the serial number of your mouse so I can verify the warranty status. Let's go from there.
