Anyone from uk bought a razer blade? Need help with warranty

    so I spoke to a razer agent via live chat

    he said because I’m from uk I get two years warranty on my blade etc

    is this true?

    It’s due import law, politics here is quite complicated but it’s nice for us the users. Here’s we call “Gewährleistung“ costumers can reclaim a product if it’s defective inside 24 months usage.
    Since Blade 2015, 2017, 2018 i have same confirmation, from CS in Germany but on some reseller they’re seemly hiding it and said only a year manufactures guarantee, extra guarantee can be bought from them, reseller here like mediamarkt, and saturn staffs said so but not, their cs said guarantee period is same with Razer Store. I didn’t really use the guarantee though, but only once i tried sending Blade 14 for repair after 14 months usage and on the bill it’s stated because of under guarantee all costs are on Razer side. So I always prefer Razer Store for having two years without paying anything, Amazon is also nice but they don’t have technical support about the Blade laptops. For refurbished units I’m not quite sure if it the same, it states on website a year guarantee, however i also really don’t care since my refurbished stealth costed under €1K so for that price tag I’m good even with a year guarantee.
    About pheriperals I’m not sure since I care only about Blade that cost me a lot compared other pheriperals i bought.

    So what your saying is it depends where you buy it? I bought it from scan in uk
