are any of your keys on your razer keyboard not working?

I had this issue a while back and the solution is actually pretty easy to solve. One reason why your razer keyboard might not be working (this is the same issue I had) is the fact that one of your keys might be programmed to a macro, to solve this issue you must open razer synapse (make sure your keyboard is updated) and go to customize, search for the key you are having problems with and click it once then press the key that matches up with it. BOOM! problem solved. If your have tried this and your keyboard still isn't working try contacting razer support or the retailer you bought the keyboard.
