Unfortunately, after plugging the transceiver into my PC and setting up the headset with Synapse, I have been unable to find the balance controls that usually reside in the control panel, it just simply does not exist for the transceiver audio device.
As you can seee below, the Balance button is missing.
This effectively renders the headset useless to me and unfortunately, I need to return it.
I am wondering which of the razer headsets support balance control as I describe. I have a bad feeling that each of the wireless and usb headsets may suffer from this problem. In which case, I would need to pass up synapse features and fall back to using 3.5 cabled headsets that plug directly into my motherboard where I have free reign over the balance control.
My question to the community is which of the following headsets allow you manually control the audio balance?
BlackShark V2
BlackShark V2 Pro
Kraken V3
Kraken V3 Pro
Bonus question; does the haptic feedback (hypersense) on the Kraken also respect audio balance?
