Audio issue when using my black sharkv2 pro on ps5

im having an issue with the audio of my black shark v2 pro when used wirelessly on my ps5 (also in 3D audio mode) in some games such as call of duty and uncharted when an explosion occurs i hear crackles in the audio this only happens when using the headset on the ps5 and not pc so im wondering if one knows of a fix for the problem.
