Audio won't play through headphone jack

Hello everyone,

I just bought the Razer Blade 15 Studio Edition and did all of the updates that it needed. However, the computer won't play audio through the headphone jack and I've already tried going into all of the audio settings. The computer won't even recognize that there are headphones plugged into the jack.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
