audio won't work despite having updated drivers... lost/confused

So I just got my razer blade 15 advanced version, only to realize, the audio isn't working... I've checked the drivers in the device manager, all audio drivers that I could find are up to date, and troubleshooting it can't even find the speaker system. II checked sound settings and there are no options for output/input devices. I've done every update and there is still no improvement. Don't know what to do now.
