Barracuda x only left ear working when using S22+

    Hi all just got the S22 plus phone and can only hear out of left ear on my Barracuda x headset ... just seeing if anyone else has the issue and if they can fill me in on the fix . It does work perfectly with my last phone still just wanting to use them on my new one also
  2. It could be with the phone itself, as long as the headset works with other phones! If the right side of the headset doesn’t work with any phone, the right side of the headset might have died

    Sorry to hear that the Razer Barracuda X is having an issue with your Samsung Galaxy S22. Can you please check if the headset works fine with another device? For now, please follow these troubleshooting steps to see if they can fix the issue. If nothing changes, send me a PM with your device's serial number so I can check for possible firmware updates that may correct the problem.
