Hello! I faced a problem that I'm getting Bitlocker recovery prompt after rebooting dell laptop with connected razer core x chroma. I'm not very good at it but if I got it right I need to disable some PCRs on Windows Group Policy to make it work. The problem is that to identify which PCR should be disabled I need to decode Measured Boot logs which is impossible to do on windows 10 (windows server is required). Any suggestions on proper setup of PCR policy?

Does this affect the functionality of the Core X Chroma? If I understood this correctly, PCR policies are set by your group's administrator. You should just reach out to them so they can give you exemptions of sorts.

Well, I have to plug Core X Chroma off every time I reboot or switch on laptop. Really I am my group administrator as it's my personal laptop 🙂 The question is what PCR banks (e.g. 0, 2, 4 and so on) should be disabled/enabled in the Windows Group Policy settings.

I am not well versed in Bitlocker configuration, but you should be able to find what you're looking for here.

Send me a PM instead. This is a server-side issue, and the only way around this is to browse with a VPN.

Let's try another approach. Type in your response, then take a screenshot of that and upload it on GDrive. Send me the shareable link via PM. If that still doesn't work, I highly recommend that you reach out to our Support Team from here.

We have to do what we have to do. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye_: Anyways, there shouldn't be any need to send in the Core X Chroma since the issue is highly likely with the Bitlocker configuration. I'd help you if I could. It's just that this is beyond my level of expertise.
