BLACKSHARK V2 PRO - SIDETONE IS TOO QUIET

Hello. First off - I'm aware I can to the "Listen to Device" in Windows sound, but this adds a delay that isn't worth it. That said, my mic gain and side tone are all the way up, the sensitive side of the microphone is aimed at my mouth, not the vent side, I've tried with and without the windscreen, have tried various settings such as the normalization (but sidetone is pre-effects anyway so this won't matter) any I can only hear the sidetone if I crank the volume all the way up on the headset and even then, it's still somewhat quiet. I updated the firmware also. As the microphone takes in a much hotter signal in recording, it leads me to believe this sidetone volume issue is purely software based. How do I fix this? This is very frustrating from a headset this expensive.

Bumping because no response from Razer in several days. This needs to be resolved. A $180 headsetup should not have this software issue.
Same exact issue. Mic monitoring non-existent. Firmware updated. Razer Synapse un-installed, re-installed. Windows 10. A file for the OS needed perhaps? Otherwise, I like the headset but I cannot use it like it is. This is my second set in less than a week, both defective.
I honestly do not believe the headset is defective. I strongly believe this is a software issue because the mic signal is more than sufficient when recording in any other application. Razer needs to introduce a gain boost in sidetone or something, but they're going out of their way to not address this issue.
I was having a similar issue with the sidetone, but was able to find a "fix" for it after stumbling on the discussion below in another thread. I had the physical volume knob on my headset on the default 50%, but once I turned that knob up to about 95%, the sidetone volume was at a much better level (I then had to lower the volume in other games I use, but I was more than happy to that once I got my sidetone where I wanted it.)

Sounds like OP may have already tried this, but it solved my issue...

Anyone managed to fix BlackShark V2 Sidetone volume?
