Blackshark V2 Pro Sidetone Too Quiet

As per the title, I recently bought a Blackshark V2 Pro, and the sidetone/mic monitoring is just not loud enough. Everything is turned to max, it is more than likely a software issue. If I could raise the slider in synapse above 100, perhaps it would be loud enough, but as it currently stands the sidetone is too quiet to actually be useful.

An update to Synapse that extends the range of the sidetone slider would be nice. Everything else about this headset is awesome, but for me, the bad sidetone is its Achilles' heel.

have reported this, it has been passed on to the software team i have been told , but that was the end of it, i have returned mine now , shame as the sound quality is great, but the side tone is just so bad , so wont be getting a razer headset in case of same issue.
If problem is fixed i will re purchase at later date . I think it is a well reported issue as well as a google search shows a lot

yeah it definitely was not "passed on to the software team." I had the same problem when I last purchased a BSV2 Pro last year.
Have the same problem with the wired Blackshark V2. Sidetone only sounds loud and clear when the volume dial on the headshet is set to max, or very close to max. But having it maxed out is too loud for most purposes, plus it adds hissing noise when no audio is playing (which is normal). Really hope this gets fixed soon... The Blackshark has perfect isolation, which I love when I need to work&concentrate, but when I'm gaming and need to keep my voice down I really need the sidetone to work intuitively.

return the headset, it will not get fixed. Bought a pair in 2021, did not get fixed. Returned and then bought again a year later, and it still wasn't fixed. Odds are the third time won't be the charm.
