Blackshark V2 Thx driver not found


I just bought the Blackshark V2 headset and followed all the instructions to set it up, yet the sound was miserable and there was no 3D sound or anything even when setting the Thx driver as default.
So i uninstalled Razer synapse using ccleaner (as suggested in another tread) and after restarting my computer i plugged the usb soundcard back in.
Sound is still miserable and now i can only select Speaker "Razer USB Sound Card" and the Speaker "THX Spatial Synapse" cannot be found anywhere and the sound is still shit.
Any ideas how to fix this problem?

i have the same problem with my Blackshark v2 pro. uninstalled the THX Spatial Audio in my device manager because THX Spatial Audio was not working in synapse and now i can't get it back and it sounds even worse without the software.

Did you find a solution?

Not really, the support couldn't help me either. But there just has been a windows update and after finishing that, the thx spatial audio device showed up again. I can select it but I now still have the problem, that there still is no surround sound. I am really disappointed by razer.

i saw a windows update today but it did not bring me back my THX spatial audio driver

all images are with dates and time. the newest one shows that my synapse doesnt even recognize the blackshark v2 pro anymore after i reset my windows to a restore point a few days before buying the blackshark v2 pro (did all windows upades again and your described screenshots are my latest pov where synapse doesnt show the headset.

contacting razer support is a waste of time, 1 week of the same useless suggestions by the support later i got it to work by resetting my whole pc.
Im gonna return the headset anyways because the retaining system of the headset was broken after 3 hours of simply using the headset (upon getting the headset i knew it wasnt going to hold for long since its slim metal tube held by plastik, i guess this is what you get for 100€ razer products nowerdays)
Ive been a razer fan since 2013 (still have the very same blackwiddow bf4 edition keyboard) but it seems as if the quality of the products has drastically decreased and only unfinised crap is sold (synapse 3 and THX spatial audio)

Your sentiments are duly noted. I've also advised our Support Team about feedback. By the way, were you able to replicate the issue to another computer if it is feasible? Also, please check if your computer's antivirus or firewall is blocking any Razer-related files. I've tapped our Software Team and waiting for their advice. As mentioned, the team is aware of this behavior, and they are currently working on a fix. I suggest submitting a case so our Support Team can track the affected users and, at the same time, investigate the Razer Synapse 3.0 behavior via Razer Synapse 3.0 logs. Feel free to send me a PM too.
