Blackshark V2 THX spatial audio drivers

I got my blackshark v2 recently and upon playing games with it the audio was muddy and tinny with a slight buzz to it not allowing me to hear anything other than my own character, after looking online i was told that uninstalling the thx spatial audio driver and reinstalling it could fix this problem but upon doing so i can no longer find the thx spatial audio driver anywhere to download it and on the website it tells me to buy it again and upgrade the audio, this has been such a mess about from the beginning. I have already tried updating my drivers, rolling them back, uninstalling the razer soundcard and reinstalling, playing around with the settings on razer synapse and nothing has made and difference. please help i beg
