BlackWiddow V3 Disconnecting/Reconnecting Rapidly

    I've been having problems with my BW V3 disconnecting and reconnecting when I delete profiles.

    I contacted Razer Support a few weeks ago and after a process (Reinstalling drivers and Synapse etc.) they did an RMA, but the problem still happens, so I decided to go to the forums before trying to contact them again.

    I even tried to see if the issue would happen on another computer, and it happened there as well. The only thing that's in common is that they are both laptops.

    Has anyone else gone through this problem and maybe know how to fix it or at least shed some light on this topic?

    If you don't mind, please send me your former ticket number. I can use those as a reference for what you've tried so far. If you already did a clean reinstallation of your Synapse, then send me your keyboard's serial number so I can verify its model and look for other solutions.
