Blackwidow Elite preventing Windows from booting

Hello, my PC fails to boot occasionally. When it happen, my Asus motherboard displays a 64 Q-Code.

Today, I finally identified the issue. BIOS is trying to detect my keyboard, and fails to do so. The more USB ports that are in use, the more likely the problem becomes. If I populate all my rear USB ports (8), the problem is almost guaranteed to happen.

Once I unplug and plug back the Blackwidow Elite, the problem is instantly fixed, and Windows boots normally.

I don't have this problem when I plug my previous Logitech keyboard.

Could you please help me solve this problem? Thanks.

I am having exactly the same issues with my Asus Z97-A motherboard the PC fails to load windows after post, but if I remove the keyboard and mouse the PC will continue to load windows. I only recently purchased the blackwidow and basilisk mouse last week. Tried all sorts of bios options, no joy. Razer help please. Thanks.
