Howdy, I have a fairly new blackwidow elite and just need the firmware to fix the issue i'm having but it would appear yall hide it for whatever reason.

Keys stick sometimes as if i'm holding them down and they let go when i press any other button. Even did it with the tab button the other day as if was holding tab. Please release the firmware download link.

I'm afraid there is no such firmware update. By sticking keys, do you mean key spamming, or are they physically stuck?

They released the link to download the existing blackwidow firmware (http://rzr.to/oyVPZ) for the older synapse but the elite doesn't connect to the old synapse. I'm not looking for an update, just the existing firmware to reinstall.

Edit 1:
The issue I'm having isn't physical, it's software/firmware bugging out. Closing all the razer software fixes my problem but also removes custom lighting effects and I'd rather avoid that. I hate how companies smash together all of their software nowadays to dummy-proof it. It over complicates things and makes simple fixes take weeks rather than minutes.

Edit 2:

The keys sometimes emulate being held down (I.E. pressing W will sometimes produce wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww) until any other button is pressed on the keyboard in which case it stops instantly. The majority of the time I'm pressing enough other buttons to not notice but I've caught it a few times and let it go, it doesn't stop until i press something else. The problem happens quite often, as in more than 10 times in 5 minutes if I'm using my keys enough. Not running the razer software completely eradicates the problem, the keyboard operates as any keyboard should. I have no macros installed and I've tried creating a new on-board profile to see if it was bugging out but it didn't solve the issue.

I'd have consolidated these three into one post but it says "Access denied: You don't have access to this thread" when i try to post longer.

Firmware updates are model specific, and if you have the BlackWidow Elite, there is none available. Are all keys affected by the random key spamming?
I don't mean to poke a bull that's already been stabbed but I am also having this exact same problem with the same model of keyboard. I inquired already to one of the support text chat's about this, but they left me hanging for a while and I just want to play Fallout 4.

Is there an alternate firmware download that could work for this keyboard like the 2019 blackwidow? Perhaps with minor tweeks it could be released to the public for a different keyboard. (P.S. love you RAZER please stay safe in these trying times)

Could you give me more details about your situation? I'd appreciate it if you can send me your ticket number via PM.
