Blade 15 2020 Alt Tab issues

So randomly my blade started tabbing back to my previous tab every time I would left click. If i left clicked again it wouldn't tab back and that window would be usable, the taskbar cannot be interacted with and the only way to get my laptop to take inputs normally again is to CTRL+ALT+DEL and open the task manager. Next time I tab out the symptoms are the same. Every application, 24/7 is exactly like this its borderline unusable.
