Blade 15" 2022 - Bluetooth Audio Connectivity

Anyone else having intermittent cut outs with audio over bluetooth with the new 2022 Blades? On both my Leviathan and Airpods, audio will cut out randomly every 1-2 minutes for approximately 3-5 seconds each time. This happens with Spotify, YouTube, Pluralsight, etc... My Man-o-war does not cut out, but it uses its own dongle and not bluetooth.

I have tried:

  • Updating Intel audio drivers (there was a bluetooth update when I first got the blade and noticed the problem, I happily rejoiced but no luck 😞 )
  • Windows Update
  • Removed the leviathan and airpods from the bluetooth menu and repaired them
  • Did the above with a reboot in between
  • The laptop is less than 1m away from either device, so distance, LoS, etc... is not a problem.
  • As for other interference, both devices work fine from my phone and from my Blade 2016 in the same location so I doubt interference is an issue.


It really feels like a bluetooth driver issue with the new laptops, but figured I'd ask here to see if anyone else had a solution or the same problem. Thanks!

Try clearing the Bluetooth cache in your known device that you have paired the Razer Leviathan or any Bluetooth headset/devices that keeps disconnecting while paired to your Razer Blade 15" 2022, then pair it only with the new laptop. Also, when you mentioned that you updated the Intel drivers, did you use the Intel Drivers and Support Assistant? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM including the unit's serial number that starts with SN so I can check its available updates. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
