Blade 15 Base model 2018 + Core X Chroma

Blade 15 base model 2018にCore X Chromaを接続しても外付けグラフィックスとして認識されません。
使用しているGPUはRX 5700です。
Thunderblotアプリケーションとドライバーを削除してインストールしなおしても改善されません。
シナプスアプリケーション上では認識されています。
問題の解決方法はありませんでしょうか？

Even if Core X Chroma is connected to Blade 15 base model 2018, it is not recognized as external graphics.
The GPU used is RX 5700.
Removing the Thunderblot application and driver and reinstalling will not improve.
It is recognized on synaptic applications.
