Blade 15 Basic Headphone Jack issues

    Hi everyone,
    I bought my blade 15 Basic about 2 months ago and now all of a sudden all headphones or headsets I plug in have noises. I tried to troubleshoot and see if the driver is the issue but everything is up to date.
    Anyone having similar issues? And do you know how can I solve it?

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Blade 15's concern here. Are you referring to its 3.5mm audio port? Have you tried isolating the issue by connecting the same headset to another device and check if the static or poor audio quality persists? Have you tried running the Windows sound troubleshooter and see if it detects an issue? Please boot the Razer Blade to safe mode and see if the persists.

    Hello,
    Thanks for the quick reply. Yes I am referring to the 2.5mm audio port and tried all the options you wrote except booting to safe mode. The headphone is working well with other devices and other headphones have the same issue with the razer blade. All drivers are also up to date. I am going to try the safe mode and will report here again if it worked.
