Blade 15 - Boot Device Missing

Hello Team,

I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced. Windows crashed with BSOD and since then it won't load, just loads into the BIOS.

I have checked the BIOS and the SSD is found under "advanced/NVMe configuration" however no boot options are listed.

I tried using a bootable windows USB drive however there were no disk drives detected to install into.

I made no software or hardware changes prior to this issue.

I feel like this is a failed SSD however was hoping others might have some ideas?

Other than that, does anyone know the returns/warranty process for Australia?
