Blade stealth UHD CPU above 3.5 GHz and overheating

Hi everybody,
I've recently encountered battery life issue with my blade stealth, the battery won't last above 2 hours. I find out that the bettery was drained by the CPU, with was stuck above 3,5 GHz, even when idling. Following razer support advice, I restored my system, and the issue was gone, (CPU idling at 0,8Ghz, nice.). But recently (something like a week after refreshing the system), the CPU issue came back !
So my CPU is always running at 3,7Ghz, and so heating and draining my battery !
Maybe it is software I installed or windows updates ?
note that when the CPU appears, the battery mode cursor ("best battery" to "best performances" cursor) in the battery menu in the taskbar dissapear.

Hi there! Have you checked if there are programs running in the background? Also, can you PM me the case number so I can take a look?
Hi ! As I need my computer I've restored it again, so the problem is "fixed" and therefore I can't check anything. The support case has been close as the issue was suppsed to be fixed. (thank you for helping tho). I'm still taking any advice on the issue and will update the thread if the issue comes back or is fixed. For now, I restored and I'm using the computer the same way, except that I've blocked windows updates from installing/downloading, therefore if the issue don't comes back, the link between CPU issue and windows updates would be pretty obvious, I also forget to say that the very same day when the issue came back, two uninstallable win updates were installed, serious evidence of the "windows updates theory". As you're Razer Official Staff, is razer going to fix this issue (that's making 1,500€ computers either unusable or unsafe)?

Thanks for the update. I'd like to have the case number so I can check what has been done so far to troubleshoot the issue. I want to investigate further so we can collect data an know what is the root cause of the issue. Please PM me updates when you can.
