Broken cable in the RAZER Kraken Pro v2
Today the cable in my RAZER Kraken Pro v2 broke down, one earpiece breaks in some positions and the microphone does not work at all. Is there a service option when the headphones are out of warranty, or at least the option to buy a cable for them? I can't work without it

Are you referring to the splitter cable? If not, then I'm afraid there is no way to fix it besides DIY soldering a new cable. In any case, do send me a message with a short clip detailing the issue so I can point you in the right direction.
