Broken integrated gpu blade advanced 15? And other issues (RZ09-03017WM2)

Hi all, just asking to see if there's some way to stop using the integrated intel GPU graphics on my Blade 15 Advanced Mid 2019 (RZ09-03017WM2) and just drive with the 2070?

Essentially I just think there's some weird issue with it, my screen often starts flashing black in places, and when i connect an external monitor everything gets rather slow and the Blade just heats up a lot, my idle temps are already about 60/70C so you can imagine this isn't very pleasant

I've done the whole preferred graphics processor thing in the nvidia control panel, and the option to switch dwm.exe in the Nvidia control panel is also just blocked out so that's not an option. I've also had a look around the bios per the recommendation of people online but afraid there's no luck either.

Another weird issue is when i close and open the laptop lid again (into and out of sleep mode), things are strange and my screen can flash black, everything is slower and my laptop runs even hotter. Absolutely no idea why. I also have to disconnect and reconnect my external SSD because Window's can access it anymore but I'm sure that's a whole different issue

Sorry I'm just now turning this into a list of various issues with the laptop lol, but another one is the laptop getting extremely hot when on battery power and only lasting about an hour, sometimes i can extend this with the power saving battery mode but the 'underclocking' that comes with it makes the laptop near unusable in terms of performance

I'm on my second Windows installation trying to make this work properly so reinstalling doesn't seem to help either, although I will be doing a fresh install pretty soon anyway

This is also my second Blade 15 Advanced, the first one also had bad issues and i haven't got a lot of faith anymore unfortunately unless these things can be fixed :)

Thanks!
