BSOD with RAZER Snapse software

I have a new Huntsman Elite and Death Adder mouth. Once I installed the new Huntsman Elite; I am constantly getting BSOD (never happened with just the mouse). Uninstalled all razor software and everything works fine, Installed again, BSOD. Something to do with a storage or RAM losses. Thinking the keyboards onboard memory issues? Can someone help me trouble shoot this? Thanks, Tamer

Hello there! Have you tried using the Huntsman Elite with another PC to see if the same issue persists? If you haven't yet, please do and let me know how it goes.

Alright, will do. I will have to install the Razer software and see if the same thing happens. Will report back.

So, I have put the device on my laptop and waiting to see if the problem occurs. Will report back when anything happens. So far, everything seems fine. Here is a question. If I save the config on the onboard memory; can I just switch it back to my desktop without installing the extra software? Thanks, T

Thanks for the update. Try to do a clean reinstall of Synapse and see if the same issue persists on the first PC. If the issue persists, please send me a PM. As for your question, you can use profiles saved on the Huntsman Elite's onboard memory even on PCs that do not have Synapse installed. However, you can only save macros/key binds unto the onboard memory. Lighting profiles cannot be saved. Let me know if you have any questions.

So, on my laptop, I could not replicated the issue. But also, I only did with the keyboard and not mouse because of lack of ports on the laptop. I did reinstall the software and it has run for a few days without issue, but left overnight it seemed to crash again with BSOD. And although it may not exactly be synapse software; without it; I never have a problem. I have updated and will report back if I ever figure out what it exactly is that is causing this. But not 100% stable right now. Machine runs for months without software installed with BSOD. Cheers, T
