This bug was brought up by a reddit user (link) and expericed by a few people including myself.
It appears that under Vivid Color mode in RP2 setting, the images shown in Google Photo will be altered to weird color. The OP indicated that his photos were applied with vivid again, while in my case, it's applied with a very dark shade, making the photos unviewable.
