Button Tied to multiple button presses

Razer Cynosa Chroma Keyboard

I recently started getting an issue where some buttons will push multiple buttons. At the moment it's only really two buttons. num4 and num7. When I press num4 it will also press num lock. When I press num7 it will also press num1. I only recently started getting this issue and I was previously thinking that it was a computer virus. I then backed up what I could and swapped my OS to a clean install of windows 11 (I was on windows 10 when I first got the issue, so windows 11 isn't the issue). The issue persisted even before I installed anything on to the pc, including my backed up data. If I swap to my old keyboard, the keys work fine. I tried installing firmware for the keyboard, but it wouldn't install, just saying that the keyboard wasn't plugged in, I'm not sure why. Razer Synapse works just fine with the keyboard. Checking Razer Synapse, none of the keys are reassigned, and they have no macros tied to them.

I did a minor fix to this, but it's kind of annoying still. I rebound all num keys to their respective non num key that way when I press num4 it won't disable the other keys, however I did need to disable num1 for num7 to stop pressing 1. It kind of works, but it's pretty annoying to not be able to use num1.

If anyone knows what I should try next please reach out I really want this keyboard to work.
